Return Policy

Vita Day Products offers a 100% refund of your unused portion of your product, less shipping, and handling, up to 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Please put your original invoice (if available) and your name, address, telephone number, the reason for your return and the date of purchase inside of the return. Also, please indicate in your return if you want to refund or a replacement of your item.

All returns that are valued at $250 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once we have received the receipt of your package please allow up to 20 days to refund your account or credit card.

If your return was received as a gift it can only be returned for a replacement of the same product or another one of a equal value. On receipt of your package, we will submit your refund for processing to the same method of payment used for the purchase, less any shipping costs.
