Joel, I want to tell you about my success with your flaxseed oil. My cholesterol has been going up for the last several years and my doctor was going to put me on medication for it.

"GREAT MILK THISTLE SUPPLEMENT.
My husband uses milk thistle to help aid his liver (since he is a gym rat and takes lots of supplements) and more so to help him stay regular and be able to use the restroom.
He has tried other brands from stores like Walmart and Target and they seem to work after a while but he said they sometimes give him a stomach ache. So far this brand seemed to work good for my husband and he hasn't complained of a stomach ache. A good brand of supplements!" *
